News Brief: Late buses begin Sept. 14
Jefferson provides daily buses for almost all students directly after school. Beginning on Sept. 14, late buses will also be available for FCPS students, departing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Late buses will begin running on Wednesdays and Thursdays from Jefferson on Sept 14. The service is only available for Fairfax County Public School (FCPS) students and will depart from school at exactly 6:30 p.m.
If a student wishes to learn where bus stops are, a list of the drop off locations is located outside room 46, the security office. Locations are not posted due to security reasons, but everyone is encouraged to take a photo to have for reference.
All students are required to be supervised by an adult after school, and can stay late for clubs or academic reasons. However, late buses are only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and only for FCPS students.
