Here’s some more information regarding some of this morning’s announcements:

TJ LIFT is an outreach program that prepares economically disadvantaged middle schoolers for the TJ admissions exam. LIFT is now looking for new mentors to assist 7th graders starting this winter through next fall. If you are a freshman, sophomore, or junior interested in becoming a mentor for these students, contact TJ LIFT by tomorrow, Tuesday, November 21st, to receive information about what’s next! Ever think about writing a novel? November is National Novel Writing Month, also known as NANOWRIMO. The goal is to write 50,000 words in 30 days. If you would like more information, visit www.nanowrimo.org or sign up for one of the NANO write-ins during 8th period with Mrs. Ketchem or during lunch with Mrs. Henry in the TJ Writing Center.
