Over the past two weeks, Jefferson students have been asking other students to be their companion to Sadie’s Spring Fling Dance hosted by the Class of 2018. With puns, dances, and songs, predominantly male students have been asked to the dance by their female friends. Sadie’s Spring Fling Dance will take place on May 13 at 8 p.m. and the tickets, costing 10 dollars, include all-you-can-eat pizza. Before the dance, the Pizza 4×4 Relay will be held from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Click here to register for the Pizza Relay.
On May 11, sophomores await a Sadie's asking to commence around 12:35 p.m. in the Chem Commons.

![Sophomore Holly Huang twirls a ribbon as she performs her dance, “Joy of the Dragon.” Chinese ribbon dance is a traditional art form originating in ancient China. Her ribbon dance was inspired by the revered mythical creature and this year’s Chinese zodiac sign, the dragon. “My ribbon symbolized a dragon flying in the air.
