Homecoming Week 2015: Wednesday Oct. 21

Wednesday was “Group Day”, a tradition every year at homecoming week in which students pair with their friends and classmates to dress up. Ideas that were implemented included the evolution of Miley Cyrus, Naruto, and Care Bears.
“Getting to school in the morning and seeing all my friends in epic NSA Agent attire was what made group day memorable for me,” freshman Shihao Cao said. “It was a lot of fun just to spend more time doing ridiculous things with friends. The sunglasses, the Anti-Edward Snowden badges, and [a friend’s] super gelled hair made me laugh a lot…but mostly the ridiculously awesome sunglasses.”

Her ribbon dance was inspired by the revered mythical creature and this year’s Chinese zodiac sign, the dragon. “My ribbon symbolized a dragon flying in the air.
