Homecoming Week 2015: Tuesday Oct. 20

Juniors perform their planned roll call events in the hopes of winning most spirited.
Jefferson’s second homecoming spirit day was Oct. 20, and was filled with immense class spirit and excitement throughout the school day, especially during the daily pep rally. The theme for Tuesday was “The Great Outdoors,” which involved students dressing up in camping and outdoor-related costumes. Sophomore Vincent Carter won most ‘outdoorsy’ male, senior Abby Peterson won most ‘outdoorsy’ female, and the juniors (Class of 2017) won as the most spirited class.

Her ribbon dance was inspired by the revered mythical creature and this year’s Chinese zodiac sign, the dragon. “My ribbon symbolized a dragon flying in the air.
