As fall sports approach the big games and district competitions of the season, we’ve created a playlist for you that we believe will be just enough to keep you performing your best. The songs on the playlist have either been specifically chosen to be around 120 to 160 beats per minute (bpm), or with a strong and unrelenting beat to keep your muscles moving during even the most strenuous of workouts.
