On Sept. 24, students went all-out with inventive costumes for the “We are uNITEd” spirit day, also known as Group Day. A group of seniors, dressed as the characters from “Toy Story,” captured first place in the Best Dressed competition, while second place was awarded to a team of sophomores decked in superhero outfits. The sophomores also won another 150 points when they proved they were the most spirited class of the pep rally.

Banner painting also took place during eighth period. Faculty judges evaluated the banners at the end of the day, although results will not be announced until the Friday pep rally.
