Tesla, a popular electric vehicle company, provides charging stations for their cars. “The biggest issue out of all of the ones presented here isn’t administration; that will be solved with time. It’s money. The grant is amazing and a great step forward, but, unfortunately, it costs a lot more than $3,000 to install chargers,” sophomore Kyungsup Hwang said.

Jefferson orchestra performs
with director Allison Bailey at
their annual Viennese Ball. “My favorite part about doing the Viennese ball is getting to play the live music for everyone,” sophomore Valerie Lai said. “The dance is really fun because it’s different from the other school dances, especially since it’s a ball and live music is provided by orchestra.”

Peter Gabor teaches a variety of courses at Jefferson ranging from Artificial Intelligence to Machine Learning. He feels that, while some issues for the school board may seem apparent to him, others may not recognize their significance. “If elected, my purpose there would
be to ask pointed questions that I think are sort of obvious,” Gabor said. “I see and interact with students every day, so I think that those types
of questions are obvious anyway, but I would at least ask them to people who might not interact with students on a regular basis.”
